The Embrun Minor Hockey Association (EMHA) is officially incorporated as a Not-for-Profit Corporation in the Province of Ontario.
As a community-based minor hockey association, EMHA is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and positive hockey environment for youth in our community. Our organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and operates with the goal of supporting player development, participation, sportsmanship, and a lifelong enjoyment of the game.
As a not-for-profit organization, EMHA operates for the benefit of its members and the community. Funds generated through registration fees, tournaments, sponsorships, fundraising, and other association activities are used to support the operation and development of our minor hockey programs.
Our incorporation also provides EMHA with a formal governance structure and helps ensure the association continues to operate responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable Ontario requirements.

L’Association de hockey mineur d’Embrun (AHME) est officiellement constituée en tant qu’organisme sans but lucratif dans la province de l’Ontario.
En tant qu’association communautaire de hockey mineur, l’AHME s’engage à offrir aux jeunes de notre communauté un environnement de hockey sécuritaire, inclusif et positif. Notre association est dirigée par un conseil d’administration composé de bénévoles et a pour objectif de favoriser le développement des joueurs, la participation, l’esprit sportif et le plaisir de jouer au hockey.
En tant qu’organisme sans but lucratif, l’AHME exerce ses activités au bénéfice de ses membres et de la communauté. Les fonds provenant des frais d’inscription, des tournois, des commandites, des activités de financement et des autres activités de l’association sont réinvestis dans le fonctionnement et le développement de nos programmes de hockey mineur.
Notre constitution en personne morale fournit également à l’AHME une structure de gouvernance officielle et contribue à assurer que l’association continue d’exercer ses activités de façon responsable et transparente, conformément aux exigences applicables en Ontario.
