Street Hockey Tournament in Honour of Jonathan Pitre

Join us for the Maple Leaf Cup in support of the DEBRA Canada Organization

Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa Research Association in honour of Jonathan Pitre.

The Maple Leaf Cup 4vs4 Street Hockey Tournament is coming to Ottawa hosted on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at the Canadian Tire Centre located at 1000 Palladium Drive!

All teams will be guaranteed three games and tournaments will host up to 128 teams and thousands of participants and offer sixteen divisions for both genders, all skill levels, and all ages.  The tournament will be hosted in the parking lot #9 with rinks set up 90 ft x 50 ft with games running at the top and bottom of the hour in 25 minute running time games.  

Teams must have a minimum of 5 players (1 Goalie and 4 Runners) and maximum of 9 players and entry fee is $400 ($100 will go directly to DEBRA Canada http://debracanada.org/ and every player will receive a commemorative Maple Leaf Cup 4v4 Street Hockey Tournament commemorative t-shirt.

So call your family, friends and co-workers and get a team together to play in the Maple Leaf Cup as we are offering 16 divisions of play!

How to get registered:

1) Visit www.mapleleafcup.com and register online or

2) Complete the form here with all the information, name, email, YOB and waiver must be signed by all players (for minors a parent or guardian must sign) and submit the completed form with payment to the office, by mail, email or fax (email & fax are for credit card entries only)

Once registered the team rep will receive an email to the team representative confirming receipt of the entry form and payment.   All teams/individuals are encouraged to fundraise for DEBRA Canada http://debracanada.donorshops.com/products/donations online!     

The deadline to register is September 15, 2017 and will take entries on a first come first serve basis and will commence a waiting list after we receive 128 teams.
