EMHA AGM News / Nouvelles de l'AGA de AHME

The AGM date has been set.  Book your calendars for Monday May 10th at 7pm. The meeting will be held via Zoom Meeting, the link will be sent out the morning of the meeting to all the participants.

The AGM will be a busy one as there are a number of board positions that need to be filled. The following executive positions are up for election:

• VP - Finance
• VP - Development
• VP - Rep B

In addition, each year the board appoints the following Director positions:

• Registrar
• Referee-in-Chief
• Ice Scheduler
• Risk and Safety 
• Webmaster
• Equipment Manager 
• Coach Mentor 
• Tournaments 
• Fundraising Coordinator

AHME AGA

La date pour la rencontre du AGA sera le lundi 10 mai prochain à 19h00.  La rencontre se fera avec la plateforme Zoom.  Le lien pour l’invitation sera envoyé aux participants le matin même de la rencontre. 

Cette rencontre sera occupée car nous avons des postes ouverts pour devenir membre exécutif de la ligue. Les postes de membres exécutifs sont disponibles pour une élection:

• VP des finances
• VP du développement
• VP Reb B

En plus, à tous les ans, les membres du comité doivent accordés les postes de direction suivants:

• Registraire
• Arbitre en chef
• Planificateur de glace
• Risque et sécurité
• Webmestre
• Gestionnaire d’équipement
• Mentor d’entraîneur
• Tournois
• Collecte de fonds
